‘Under Siege’ - Acrylic on board - 47 x 82 cm
This game cover design required local aspects from individual Special Intervention Teams, in this case, badges. If you look closely, you will only see (empty) spaces for badges. The actual localised ones would be researched and Photoshopped later on when prepping the final scans. So would the final titles. The brand of the bullet free vest had to be scrambled in the printing version for security reasons.
The person who modelled for this is a former friend and leader of a special intervention team. Ironically, our client liked him a lot but asked to make him a little bit less bulky as he appeared on my reference pictures. Usually it’s the other way around since most of the time I have to add muscle.
